Handmade Products
Our products are hand-printed/handmade, therefore small imperfections in colour, shape and size can happen and should be viewed as part of the handmade nature of the product.
Ordering
Our wall coverings are made to order , we will provide you an estimated time of when your order will be ready for dispatch when we confirm your order, this estimate is not inclusive of delivery time. For our other products which have already been made, arrangements of delivery will be discussed and confirmed via email upon order request. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Made to order products are all produced to be a close representation however colour is mixed by eye and every run is individual meaning variations in actual goods may apply, we cannot accept any responsibility for these minor variations. We highly advise for the customer to check the quantity of wallpaper that they need, as when the wallpaper is made in a separate batch this can increase colour differences.
Cancelling an order
Any made to order product may not be cancelled by customer once production of order has begun, unless under exceptional circumstances and agreed to by us. In event of cancellation, customer must cover costs and expenses of any time and resources used prior to cancellation.
For a bespoke one-off product (product specially tailored or made for a customer), cancellation cannot be made once product production has started.
All cancellations will be made in writing.

Returns
Returns will not be accepted unless agreed to prior by us.
Customers are responsible for examining the goods on delivery and should report faults within 7 days of delivery. We shall not be liable for goods whatsoever once or if the goods have been cut or altered in any way.

Cost of returning a faulty product is at customers expense, The product should also be packaged suitably for delivery, so that upon receipt the faulty product can be fairly examined and evaluated to see if it qualifies for a refund or replacement.
Accuracy of Content
We aim to produce our products to be as shown on the website, however these are made to order and small variation (i.e. in colour) may occur, product may also vary also due to screen colour configurations.

Shipping
Shipping to mainland UK is covered in product costs, for shipping outside of the mainland and overseas an additional quote will be given upon request. Please note that customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.

If the products arrive and have been damaged in transit, Zanshin Studio must be notified within 48 hours of goods being received, contact should be made via email to zanshinstudio@gmail.com.
